  3. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. If your order is rejected, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and Payments

  1. Prices: All prices are expressed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, and Google Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  3. Billing Information: You must provide accurate billing information. Incorrect information may result in a delay, cancellation, or incorrect shipment of your order.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  2. Physical Works: Physical Works are shipped in a custom-made box designed to prevent damage during shipping. Our custom insert protects the canvas and allows us to safely ship two canvases per box. Delivery times are as follows:
    • West Coast: 4-7 business days
    • Central: 2-7 business days
    • East Coast: 2-4 business days
  3. Multiple Packages: Different products will be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. As a result, packages may arrive at different times.
  4. Downloadable Products: Downloadable products will be available for download and saving to your device immediately after purchase.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: Our satisfaction guarantee policy means that if your order is mishandled or damaged in any way during shipping, we will replace your print free of charge. Contact customer service to return your damaged print and receive your free replacement immediately.
  2. Returns Policy: At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order is mishandled or damaged during shipping as described in step 1. We are working to expand our returns and refunds policy and will offer more options in the near future.
